Established in 2017
Ben's Crab was the first original Louisiana Cajun seafood boil in Long Island, NY. In fact, it sparked a seafood trend in the area, resulting in the expansion of the brand throughout the Long Island area. Years later at a get-together, friends David Nico Salindeho (Ben’s Crab NY Lead) and Ivan Raintung (CEO and president of several restaurants in Atlanta, GA) discussed the possibility of Ben’s Crab opening up a location in Georgia.
